Convent Kitchen Sign Set Piece
As part of the drama club set crew, I designed this sign. The setting was a nun's convent, so the design was inspired by religious art, including mimicking a stain glass window and incorporating the Last Supper by da Vinci. I created this in Adobe Photoshop using the brush, shape, dodge, burn, and filter tools. This is a mix of hand drawn elements and filters. As seen in the letters, I used the stain glass filter and in its background a window filter. An emphasis was placed on the letter "t" by using the glow effect to represent the cross. The top section represents the sun and hills to incorporate nature. While in contrast, the bottom section utilizes the Disco Last Supper represents the comedic aspect of the production.
